NIKE

A storybook designed as a role-playing experience where parents and kids can hear each other’s point of view on sport.
_

As part of our ‘Sport is Never Done’ campaign, we created a children’s book to open up a conversation between parents and kids in the Middle East about the value of sport.

Written as an interactive dialogue between a girl named Aisha and her mom, Five Minutes More! invites both child and parent to take turns reading, literally stepping into each other’s shoes to see sport from the other’s point of view.

Illustrated by Alva Skog, the book is designed to feel fun, inclusive, and accessible. It’s bilingual too. Read it left to right for English, flip it and read right to left for Arabic. Both versions end with a page where families can make a plan to play together and turn the story into action.

The book was available physically in the Middle East, and also online in a downloadable, animated version.

FIVE MINUTES MORE Synopsis

There’s a lot a kid can learn through sport—courage, creativity, confidence and more. But can little Aisha convince her mom to see sport the way she does?
